The title of our string quartet, «Rising Sun», was not just a coincidence. After all, the Sun is the great symbol of living.  Every day it rises over the Earth and generously graces all the living beings with its heat and light.  Music for each of us is like the first ray of the Sun without which life cannot rise.  Music is the perfect beauty.  Our desire for such beauty, through our collective creative work, got us together.

Our quartet was born on July 27, 2008. We were very glad to find each other. To find real friends is as great a gift as to find a soul mate in this enormous and turbulent, like an ocean, world. We are good colleagues and friends. Apart from the quartet everyone has their own hobbies. However, when we practice and play concerts is when we open our hearts in full to share the magic sounds of our instruments with the world. Our quartet is the single tonograph.  We respect, love and teach each other.

We are very grateful to God to have an appreciative audience. Everyone coming to our concerts may hear classic music, jazz, adaptations of popular modern songs, Ukrainian and Irish folk sounds, etc. We are a rather young quartet but despite this we have a drive for results with love for our mission, listeners and life.

Music is everywhere, open yourself and just listen. We are fortunate to be, and play, together. We thank everyone who loves and supports us, to those who attended and will attend our concerts. We cordially say thanks to our listeners for opening their hearts.
